There are 2 methods to access assessment results for our patients.
The first method is directly from within “Clinical Console” within AVENUES. There is a new tab labeled “OQ-Analyst.” The shortcut button labeled “Open OQ-Analyst Website” on this tab will open directly to the patient’s questionnaire history in a new webpage. This method only allows the users to view assessment results for a single patient. The video at the bottom of this page details how to implement the assessments in the care and treatment of our patients. Below are screenshots of sample AVENUES and OQ-Analyst screens:
The second method is to log in to OQ-Analyst as a Case Manager. This method allows users to view multiple patients in treatment as well as utilize the available reports in the OQ-Analyst system. There is a shortcut to the login page on the right side of the homepage on our intranet. You can also access the login page here. Please bookmark this page for future access. This method is currently limited to Case Managers. The video below describes in detail how to use OQ-Analyst as well as how to implement the assessments in the care and treatment of our patients:
