The Meeting Attendance Tool can be found under the Folder Module in the Tools and Reports Module:
Group Attendance Menu

The Meeting Attendance Tool can be used to create three types of notes in large groups:

  • Progress Note

Once you have the Meeting Attendance Tool open, step 1 is to select the type of note you would like to create.

NoteList

In this example, we are going to create a Meeting Attendance Record. Once you have selected the type of note, you will notice that only the fields needed to complete that type of note will display. You can click on the “Date”, “Staff” to autofill the information, select the “Type” and “Topic”, and search by the staff name by clicking on “Facilitated By” button to fill out the remaining information.

The next section gives you 5 options to select patients to add to the tool.

  • All Patients – will add all patients to the list
  • Family Week – will add patients that are currently attending the Family Program using the Date on the Program Assignment Log
  • My Patients – will add patients that are identified as being assigned to you on the Program Assignment Log Case Manager and Weekend Counselor fields
  • Patient List – opens a list of all current patients for you to select the patients you want to add
  • Program – gives you the options to add patients by the program that they are assigned to from the Program Assignment Log Ex. Adult, Collegiate, or Admissions (Patients that have not been assigned to a program)

Once you have the patients in the list, the last step is to click on the “Create Remaining Incomplete Notes” to complete the process. It will ask for your password to confirm and create a meeting attendance record for each patient. When you are done creating notes for this group you can close the Meeting Attendance Tool.
