Case Manager Justin Rumbo loves seeing the ”awakening” in a patient, “that moment when all their hope for sobriety becomes attainable.”

In 2023 Justin is celebrating 15 years as a part of the La Hacienda staff, a time that has been spiritually fulfilling for him. “I am grateful to God for using me in His work and thankful to La Hacienda for giving me the place to do it! We make a real difference in people’s lives.”

Justin started as a direct care assistant, then served two years as an intern. After earning his LCDC, he was a weekend counselor for three years, then a part of the Family Program for five years before accepting the challenge to take on case management. “Many of the people I have worked with have been instrumental in my own growth, both personally and professionally,” says Justin. “It has been an honor to work, learn, and grow alongside an incredibly compassionate clinical staff and administration.”
